Coverage

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India.

International shipping is currently not available. If you are outside India and wish to place an order, please write to us — we will do our best to help.

Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch: within 2 business days of order confirmation
• Delivery: typically 4 to 7 business days across India after dispatch
• Remote pincodes may take slightly longer

Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or unforeseen events outside our control.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping: ₹99 per order
• Free shipping: on all orders with a subtotal of ₹2,500 or more (after any applicable discounts)

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier partner and tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can also reach out to us any time for a status update.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unavailability at the delivery address after multiple attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment charges may apply in such cases.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or with items missing, please write to us at hello@amberbio.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the product. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
