Daily: 2-3 drops, morning or night

How do I use it? Skin or oral?
For skin — apply 2–3 drops to clean, damp skin morning or night and press in gently. The oil is naturally deep orange but absorbs cleanly. Some people take a drop or two orally with curd or a spoon of honey — if you wish to take it that way, please speak to your doctor first.
Why is the oil so deep orange? Will it stain?
The colour is from naturally occurring carotenoids and vitamin E — a sign the oil has been gently extracted and not refined or bleached. Use small amounts, warm between the palms, and press gently. It absorbs cleanly and does not stain skin or usual fabrics at this dose.
How do I store it? Shelf life.
Store the sealed bottle upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best used within 24 months of manufacture. Once opened, close the dropper firmly after each use and consume within 12 months for the freshest profile.
